I got this by matching notes from midi and by ear, I'm pretty sure it's perfect.

Also personally I like sliding from 3 to 5 when you play 5 on the D string.
It doesn't do that in the song but it sounds nice on guitar.

If you want to play it higher:
 - Play all A string parts on the G string and add 2 frets
 - Play all D string parts on the B string and add 3 frets
